Hey guys

What's the standard range of payment for softcore and hardcore models?

Say the models are not from the gutter nor are they top porn star names, basically the type that you get from advertising in the papers/magazines. As for looks, say in the range of 4-8 out of 10.

I find that girls who respond to a newspaper ad are pretty naive; at least in non-porn cities.

I advertise for attractive, fit models 18-28 for lingerie style modeling. I tell them that it begins at $30/hour (CDN) for lingerie style, and goes up from there. About 1/2 take the bait and ask how they can earn more $ which is where I explain that if they do more, they can earn more, but no pressure either way.

I've found that since moving to Montreal, (there is a lot of porn here) that strategy still works, but I start at a flat fee of $100 for a couple of hours of soft/topless.

I travelled to Missouri a couple of years ago, and paid a girl & her b/f $15/hour which included hardcore. I love small towns :-)

chiki wikki it depends where you are. if you're recruiting girls yourself and they have no prior experience you can offer them whatever u want, play let's make a deal with them, entice them with money.

tho i think these guys are a bit jaded cuz they work day in day out with these screwy chicks. there are plenty of girls out there that u can offer money to and they won't do certain things.

It looks like payment is not really done by the hour, more the session say lasting 1-4 hours.

From what you've all said it looks like rates go something like this;

$50-$150 per session for softcore

$100-$300 hardcore

Or thereabouts.

The reason why I'm asking is that I'm looking to get hold of a lot of niche content which is very hard to find, so I figured I might as well commission my own.

Depends on newness in the business. The newer the more expensive I think. When they are in the game for some time, they start working for less it seems.

Modeling fees vary depending on a number of factors: (i) experience, (ii) what you want her to do (if you want her to fuck a dog you're probably gonna have to pay a significant premium), (iii) name recognition (Jenna jameson will cost more than Jane Doe), and so on. Another important factor is the model release. If she doesn't sign one, you don't have the legal right to use or sell the content. Experienced models sometimes pose for private shoots with fans and don't charge all than much. If the fan/photographer wants her to sign a reslease, however, the price generally goes up significantly.

I pay a bit more for my exclusive shoots but I generally contract with bigger named models. Models have hourly rates but also offer discounts for specific blocks of time. I've never paid more than $1500 in modeling fees for a full day shoot though. I don't contract for hardcore content but I'm sure the prices would be higher for that.

If you shoot boy-girl hardcore, you need to pay the guy too. You also need a signed release from him. Most guys, however, can be talked into shooting hardcore for a six pack and free condom.

You should always pay per scene. Unlike hookers who watch the clocks girls if they are being paid per hour can try to drag it on a bit.

Personally get some drinks in and make them want to stay because you are having a good laugh.
