entertaining situation.
My friend was at a house the other night with the rest of us and he was drinking with one of the hotter groups of chicks I know. His roomie decided it was time to take one home early, so one of the girls said you can "sleep" at my place. Well her roomate heard this: went off ran back and locked up every door and window to the place cause he didnt feel comfortable with her getting action from a guy when he wasnt getting any. (hes gay) So after they finally got in the gay guy was standing there screaming at my bud/pushing him trying to get him to fight him.
my friend said "im not going to fight you cause your the type of person that would sue me for a hate crime after I beat the shit out of you."

the question is, if some guy was giving you flack all night and was pushing you to fight, would you risk it?

sounds like there's something missing from this story to me... why would that girl room with a guy who date rapes, for one thing. i'm not saying it isn't true, but straight guys always say shit like this about gay guys just because they want to discredit him.

also what did the girl have to say about this? and did she actually plan to fuck your friend or did she only invite him home to sleep and her roommate was protecting her? why would he waste his time yelling all night? that is crazy. if he went that nuts, why didn't someone - either the girl or a neighbor - call the police?

good points, the guy has tried to rape- guys. in my case he got me real drunk (entire handle of captain mo) and in justins he waited till he passed out and climbed into bed with him. "its ok its chris" sounds like the movie kids doesnt it?
anyhow, the reason the cops werent called is cause everyone was drunk as we constantly are here in santa barbara. and since everyone but me is under 21... its like asking the cops to jail you.

My take is you're a definate pussy for letting some guy try to stick it in your ass and he's still able to walk.

He should have cold cocked the guy as soon as he shoved him... You don't have to get hit to hit back... As soon as he put his hands on your bud, it constituted a physical threat and he had the right to defend himself.

Or.. he could have fallen when he was shoved and faked great pain, then sued the bastard.. :)
