If you are a content provider or a sponsor who has agreed to pay blood money to the money whore Acacia, you need to know that there will be consequences. By paying them you are putting money in their pockets which will be used to come after the rest of us. BE ON NOTICE:

If you are a sponsor and you settle with Acacia I wiill NEVER promote you. If I already do I will remove ALL my links to you. Any webmasters submitting sites to my link list, TGP, or top list will be rejected if they use you as a sponsor. This ban will be for ALL ETERMITY. Even long after the patents are ruled invalid you will be blacklisted. FOREVER.

The same holds for content providers. Settle with them and I will NEVER buy content from you again. And I will reject ANY and ALL submissions using your content. FOREVER.

The more of us who sell out, the stronger they will get. WE WILL NEVER FORGET. Anyone else in here feel this way?

boobmaster I agree 100% with you. When I received my package from Acacia last year I removed all vids from my site rather than pay the fuckers. The good news was that my sales did not drop at all.

Running a pay site is another matter and you can only fight it at this stage.

They can't really believe that they are gonna be better off financially in the long run if they settle, can they? The money whores are going after everyone, including sponsor affiliates and webmasters who buy content. Most of the little guys won't be able to pay the extortion money. If all those web masters quit, who will be left to promote their sites or buy their content? I'm sorry, but I'm sure as HELL not gonna stand behind someone who won't stand behind me when I need it. FUCK 'em.

I'm actually double-fucked. I run sites for models who shoot a lot of their own content. I pay them 60% of the gross and pay all site related expenses out of my cut. And they want me to sign TWO contracts and pay double? My net is FAR LESS than most companies with a high gross. With the $750.00 Visa is charging anually, I can't afford to pay the fuckers. Nor can I afford a lawyer, which is why I'm trolling the message boards right now getting drunk off my ass instead of actually doing something productive.
