is this your first site? i'm not going to say anything about content quality. i think she's cute and you can sell anything these days. i do want to know about content quantity. how many images do you have? is it a multi-model site?

if you're image archive is so scarce that this is all you can share, you're not going to make much money. i won't say you won't make any money because there are lots of webmasters out there getting a couple signups a day.

if your launch date is still 2 weeks away, you're obviously putting a shitload of work into it (which makes me woder what the hell you're building?). i wouldn't want you to lose your investment on a site that won't pay your internet bill..

Yes, solo girl site, amature. Content is scarce right now as we have only done 2 shoots.. but we are shooting every week, sometimes 2... 3-400 pics per shoot.

I am not one to give porn away like so many other web masters do... I feel that if you want to see her nude, you have to pay... fuck all this giving away FREE nude photos...

If it works it works, if not then time to move on to the next project. I will be producing many solo girl sites and a couple of multi girl sites. But since I am just starting and funding this with my own $$ and I do not have investors with big pockets, I do expect this to be a slow start. I am not one who gives up, especially when I have a strong belief that this will work just fine.

Yes, everyone has different tastes in girls, so there will be enough people that will like her as I do and spend their $$ to see her. I personally do know how some of these girls that other webmasters use do as well as they do because they are not my cup of tea.. or my type of girl.... i.e. big fake tits. Nothing sexy at all about that. But to each his own.

Hey, I'm new... most of you know that that... no secret there... I am sure that there is a lot I am doing wrong but you live and learn... and as long as I "learn" from my mistakes, things will be just fine.

Buying content is the same as using sponsor content... most, not all is overexposed and being used by too many people...

Wow, i wish you good luck with your biz that girl wouldve to pay me if she wanted her pics takes.

anything will sell at the right price. we have a couple terrible sites out there and they still make good money. of course we have a couple that make a million a year too so it helps balance it all out.

if you're not into giving away free images, then you'll probably have to stay away from the tgps. so that leaves a problem of where to advertise?

once you have a nice base, it will be easy to launch new sites and make them profitable. our first site took quite a while to make big money but now we can launch a site and get a couple hundred signups in the launch weekend.

having a low # of images isn't always bad. one of my all-time favorite single model sites is http://www.groove2000.com/. she's always done really well.

Yes... I look at girls like Tawnee Stone... (no offense LS but) to me she is not that attractive. But, she sells big. There are a ton of solo girl sites out there that I personally would not pay $$ for just because they do nothing for me. But again, they sale. Yes, everyone has different tastes in their women and that is why I firmly believe that she will do well. I may not retire from this girl, but I will (i hope) I will do ok. At least get some income generatesd to find more girls to shoot.

As for TGP's... maybe... there are a lot of bikini and lingerie categories out there and those are what will be available for right now... maybe in the future as I get more pics and have over 10,000 images of this girl then I will release more. This is still in the decisiion stage.

Things may change before the site actually launches. Still have a little over two weeks to get things settled. :)

Seriously dude, you shouldn't be stingy w/ the good stuff....ESPECIALLY with the webmasters!

All I can say is..... it is what it is and it will do as well as it does. It's all good, we are both having fun during the shoots and even if I do not make a cent, the experience and the good times are worth the effort and my expenses are minimal so it's ALL good :)

anticipation is good but we're not your customers. most of us have tons of chick pics in our collections and on our sites. there's people here that can help sell your site. i give away hundreds of photos all the time to webmasters to help me sell my sites.

of course you don't have hundreds, but don't be stingy. you're not doing any good keeping your pics from us. worse yet, you may be turning away potential affiliates.

we see our affilates as business partners - especially since they take 50%! we have over 5,000 affiliates which pretty much means we don't have to do any marketing ourselves.

I still need to edit and brand all these photos... once done and time gets closer to the launch... I will.... I'll put a small set up. But untill then... all I have is straight scans and digital. So... give me some time.. i have a ton to do before sept 01.... I really should not even be here right now with all I have to do...

They will come... :) Better yet... you all can meet her in person in Jan at the Vegas Internext show... we will be there and she will be signing photos and so on... Hopefully... we will make enough between now and then to throw a small party for you guys....
