Eraser Cash script questions

a repeat of my two javascript questions from the initial annoucement post. just curious about these things more than anything:

1) what is the "var shut=true;" line used for in the blur console javascript code? it seems uneccesary.

2) what happens with webtv users if you leave out the "if(navigator.appName.indexOf("WebTV")==-1)" part in the blur console javascript? does webtv not handle popups at all? what happens if u try to pop one up?

p.s. any1 used a webtv? how is it? i can only guess that most webpages come up bad from not being able to produce the webpage properly and also low resolutions.

My ultimate TV has webTV built-in. I'll try it at home.

sounds cool. ultimate tv huh? although probably not as big as yours, i'll be enjoying a nice 51" HDTV screen next month! non-interlaced too so u don't see all those scanline 'motion' artifacts.

exactly 0.15% of all my traffic comes from WebTV version 1! it's strange to think that any traffic comes to my via webtv!

Javascript doesn't work on WebTV.

Internet Eraser doesn't work on WebTV either.

The Var SHUT is not used and was left in by mistake. It will not hurt anything, its just extra.

I have removed it from the site..

alright cool. lens, thx, but i know that! http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/smile.gif it was just a curiousity question about webtv and popups. just wondering if the reason you disable the popup for webtv specifically was because internet eraser is useless for it, or if webtv just doesn't support popups or if popups fuck it up or whatever the case may be.

cuz internet eraser doesn't work for any non-windows based system right? so u could have blocked all those too. but advertising on all OS's is good, cuz someone surfer on webtv might want to down internet eraser for their PC too.
