everything can be done its just a matter of finding the right person or software to do it

usually requires dedicated software/hardware...I think I have a plugin that can do it, i'll look. Vocals are almost always center channel...

Not gonna happen, not easily anyway. It's really easy to strip vocals and leave music, but not vice-versa. After listening to the clip I'd say it's too much work and you wouldn't like the outcome.
