Is raptor any good ? Is there something cheaper available ? i mean by the looks of it it'll cost me over 100k to do this :(

By 1000 sites, do you mean trades, or 1000 of YOUR sites that you want to admin through one script? If the former, many will do, if the latter, good luck - the only thing I can think of is maybe http://www.gallerybooster.com, (TGP + Tradescript in one), but there are no real anticheat features.

1000 of my site's couple of 100 trades per site.. you know the usual
