goals - failure or success?

Just wondering...

What was your original goal when you first launched your sites...

I remember my first goal for my gamblingsite was to get one signup a day - I worked like 24/7 to make it happen - at it was a success within months!

My first pornsitegoal was to get 5k traffic a day :1orglaugh

Man it brings tears to my eyes to think backk to that time!

LOL, I didn't have a goal any more specific than making money.
I was hugely successful at that :)
Now my goal is to make enough to buy a house in Amsterdam, another on a Greek island, and to retire and live off my interest.
Not having too much success at this one yet.

Hehe... I know some webmasters who got houses on Greek islands from this job already... makes me jelaous.

They aren't very expensive, actually. A hell of a lot cheaper than the one I want in Amsterdam, anyway.

My original goal was to make 'nuff money to buy 24 beers. I did, I've been spending everything on beer ever since.

Just for an adrenaline rush I quit my job one day and starting in this the next

So my goal was to not be evicted..it worked!

Make enough money to pay my rent was original goal.

I was a courier for razor911 from 95 - 97 and one of them clued me on how much you could make sending bullshit traffic to xpics.

The rest is history.

I work part time in a care home, no money there. I just want to make enough to pay my fucking, I mean FUCKING bills:helpme
