I think KB does what you need, but I believe he charges a lot of money.

Nobody knows it all. However, some people are better at finding out than others. :winkwink:

I do consulting but I will say now that if I feel, think, or even suspect you are a tool I do not care how much you pay I will not do it.

i reccomend some of the names listed Jman, AfterShockMedia, and KB as well. but what you should really do is found out who runs the paysites out there that impress you the most and contact those people individually. you'd be surprised....

Jman is one of the best, he has some of the best contacts and work ethics in the business. I am not sure if he's available for hire at the moment though?

Far from it really. Consulting takes time and a lot of work. Plus you really need to believe in what you are trying to help do. And if you do not believe in your client and what they are trying to do, you basically are just taking them for a ride and I find that wrong.

I agree with that. Commendable. Too bad not many think like you.

okay. I know some people are really hard to work with, and not worth having as customers

but generally for consulting I've envisaged the customer paying per hour, in advance, basically to 'pick your brains'

anything beyond that becomes more of a service which is often billed differently of course

the way I see it though - they're adults, they've asked for advice, they've paid for it ... I'll give them my best advice. whether they use it or not, or how they use it, does not concern me any more since I've lived up to my end of the bargain
