Any webmasters getting together anywhere tonight in phonix?
People are more then welcome to come party at my house as long as it's respected. :)
We can make it fun.... hang out, get fucked up, talk biz, dive in a cold pool, or go fishing in my backyard.... hit me up if this sounds good or let me know if anything else is happening.

depends where you are at but a house in tempe, built in the 70's , pool, ~1500 sq ft will be about 225-250k now.
