Then it's a migraine....take excedrin migraine and call me in the morning... or call me right now and we can talk it over in the morning :)

1) take a couple days off from the computer (give your eyes and neck a rest)
2) take some excedrin (2 pills)
3) enjoy the 4th of July

I once saw on a home remedy infomercial a long time ago that biting on a pencil works. It's worth a try if the other suggestions don't work for you.

Yea...that was my first thought. High blood pressure will cause you to have headaches for days :(

It could be a migraine or allergies. Consult your physician or if you wish I could give you a breast exam so at least one of us would feel better.

I get them from time to time...only thing to do is dark room, no computer, just relax...longest I've had it was 5 days and I swear it felt like 100 days.

I'm a heavy migraine suffer. My best reccomendation is to get some caffiene in you (tea, soda), stay sway from chocolate/sweets, make sure you're hydrated, and try and sleep it off. If you have someone there to run the back of your neck to release the associated muscle tension try that too.

I can't take any kind of pain pills as they make me very sick, puking unfortunally will make it worse. The Dr has taken the week off so I can't see him till next Monday.:(

:( have someone masage your head with cold rub and have a complete rest. Usually works for me cause im a majoy migraine sufferer too. Dim the lights too...and stay away from the computer for a while.

nurofen will solve it
