Posting signs without a permit is about as detrimental to your citizen status as a parking ticket. They are trying to pin a felony on the guy, but the felony requires that they had the goal of inducing panic. He'll get a fine, maybe some community service, and this story will be dead and buried in a month.

That is fine. But you would have to deport everyone with a parking ticket, moving violation, or any other minor crime.

Yes Digg is a joke, because it's making a ton of money allowing people to post what ever they think is news even though tons of people have posted it already and people can post their opinions on it over and over again....

i think whoever set this marketing campaign up is a genious, i mean not to mention the original cost of the campaign now they get constant free advertising on news + internet.
