Is this shit true? He/she is saying that the cops found him with a bowl of Macaroni and Cheese, a package of hot dogs and an empty tank of gas with the ignition still on with a pan (that cooked his food) on the engine's radiator and a loaf of garlic bread in the airfilter like he was trying to make dinner.

I must say one thing about the guy, I don't think he tried to scam all the people. I mean he tried to do the work he just did not know how and would pay others to do it and just take the money to get by. Or if he could do it he was really slow. I would not put him in the same class as the scammers that know they are fucking you over. He is one step above that I guess. If he worked as hard as he did making up excuses he would be rich LOL.
