I prefer foxmarks, because I was using it first, and I can use rsync/ftp and other nerdy shit.

Browser sync is much better than foxmarks imo - browser sync sync everything (cookies,passwords,sessions) where as foxmarks is bookmarks only.

Not to be all tinfoil hat, but exactly how much do you want to disclose to Google? Your email, communications, browsing habits, and now domain specific cookies and passwords?

exactly. how about you just build a simple script to do this rather than hand over google more personal data?
