Recommend a simple website script for running a store / also links to ebay auctions
 

looking for something a family member can run - they have minimal knowledge of websites outside of ebay. Something similar to http://www.ezgenerator.com/ would work - under 100 would be great.

Basically they just want a site to sell stuff outside of ebay and I don't want to have to run/fix it for them.

I second oscommerce. Not only a great shopping cart script there are CONSTANTLY new mods being added. I havent checked in a while but im pretty sure it comes packed with a google sitemap generator (helpful for larger stores) and a google base/froogle export option that saves LOTS-O-TIME.
