I don't trust these threads. I heard people are getting scammed from these threads.

Did already multiple transfers with people. I never had issues, maybe because i always paid first and did only do bussiness with people i did know or people with a good reputation on GFY.

The paypal disputes are only for tangible items, such as an ebay purchase.
They won't cover exchanges like this, programming work, design work, etc.

Yes but paypal can be easily chargebacked.I lost 1800$ once on paypal chargeback.

Bullshit. I lost $1500 and my Paypal account doing a transfer for someone.

Theres one main thing to check if you do exchanges:
Only accept Paypal Funds (Not Creditcard Funds)

If they chargeback creditcad funds, then you get screwed and will lose $1500 and if you do not pay you lose even your account.

a person sending paypal can put "Goods" as type of payment and they can easily chargeback

Good you told me, Will keep a eye on that. Never really checked. I always send payments as service. Even if i need to send money to a friend.

Anyway paypal is a good program, i can not understand so many people have problems with it. Only hard thing is for NON US people to get money out, but if you life in a country whats paypal supported its not too hard either.

Explain? I readed horrible stories here on GFY from people losing paypal accounts by someone who did a chargeback with their cc company.

Ok you do not lose your account, it will only be complete blocked and you can pay back to paypal.

Thats average the same.

Paypal block your account and get your money for 6 months if they know you run Adult

only do these kind of transfers with people you trust. I had a paypal and an epass account closed a couple of years ago because the other guy was a big scammer and my accounts where flagged when he sent me money to exchange.
