Most programs today still slap a bunch of licensed content together with one set of exclusive content and a big "Exclusive Content!" label on the front. I've approached tons of "large" programs to sell content to, only to realize these guys don't actually buy content... from anyone... for any reason.

Cookie cutter sites are still alive and well in 2008! :)

That's not what he said. Cookie cutter sites are typically when programs have many "paysites" that have exactly the same members area, and they swear up and down that they're all different, they're all exclusive, etc etc.

Buy a few memberships on the top 20 affiliate programs and you'll see what I am talking about.

One of Teleteria's sites. That would be a great example ;)

This, and when all of the tours look exactly alike. Some designs are original, most aren't.

Different niche tours and terrible members areas.
