So its Halloween time. Favorite Scary Movie Bad Guy?

My all time favorite is Freddy Krueger.

I really have a thing for Freddy. He kills little kids while they are sleeping. Not much can top that imo. :1orglaugh

Favorite scary movie bad guy?

Jens Van Assterdam 10-24-2008 08:06 AM

No one celebrates halloween over here. Also.. my neighbours look scary enough, so its halloween 24/7 here.

cherrylula 10-24-2008 08:09 AM

I have the Nightmare on Elm Street box set dvds.

I think its marathon time this weekend. My new 48" tv has yet to view them. :)

yeah its similar to that here in New Orleans. Always scary. :1orglaugh

cherrylula 10-24-2008 08:12 AM

yeah but Jason and Mikey don't really talk. Freddy talks a lot, more personality. :1orglaugh

I grew up around the corner from that original Halloween house, we always drove by.

They fucking painted it colors, moved it to the corner, and made it a real estate office. Sucks assholes.

I grew up watching Nightmare On Elm Street and Halloween...so I'd have to say Freddy and Michael are my two favorites.

Who the hell is that!?

Vicious_B 10-24-2008 08:27 AM

Got to agree with PinHead and the Crypt Keeper from Tales from the Crypt.

Also the truck driver from Joy Ride was a scary bastard "Candy Cane, Candy Cane"

Capt Howdy from Strangeland. "There are rites of passage that once must endure and yes they must be painful" (Not a direct quote but close)

brassmonkey 10-24-2008 08:27 AM

Between him and Sid Haig, hands down - best. I love Sid haig, have for a long time, but otis has a colder side to him. Haig is more funny to me...

Yup, was his film debut from 21 Jump Street. Oh how far he's come.

Yeah, Freddie was always my favorite. Although his movies never seemed all that scary to me, like the others were. But it was by far the most entertaining.

With Friday the 13th and Halloween, I could never get passed the whole "girl running as fast as she can for 20 blocks while Jason/Mike walks slowly... then she strips and suddenly, Jason/Mike is in front of her! OMG!"
Then do it again and again and again....

Bah, Freddie toyed with his victims and screwed with their minds in their sleep. That was much more fun to watch.

bad guy or monster, the evil element that kills people.

Otis is good. From the Rob Zombie flicks.

Pennywise!

He is probably my second favorite.

I just love evil clowns.

I know I've seen it somewhere, somehow.

It used to be horror movies and beer, so details a bit fuzzy. :1orglaugh

Pinhead always did creep me out.

That pain theme in Hellraiser is pretty sick. I don't like the hooks. yuck.
