What would persuade a person to throw a glass bottle at the head of a guy 20 feet in the air? If nobody was under to catch him, that guy would have been dead, and the thrower would have been a murderer.

Sure the guy shouldn't have been up there, but I don't think attempted murder is the answer to get him down.
