Gun shops around the country are reporting extrodinary sales the past two days after Obama elected. Why do you think this is?

When they say around the Country, they mean Texas and Utah.

Just watched philly news around here. It appears one reason is proposed gun laws by Obama's campaign would make gun dealers more vulnerable to law suits likely making a gun purchase much more difficult.

I'm sure there's other reasons as well

It is pretty logical for the demand for a product to rise when there are legitimate concerns that the powers that be plan to outlaw the sale of said product soon. Just common sense.

I heard that over the last few years gun sales are on the rise. I think a lot of Americans have no trust left in the Government. If this Obama guy doesn't work out we might start seeing people taking to the streets. They're already training American troops to deal with civil unrest at home.
