$70.00 for a watch you can't read???? No day, no date? Shit, as far as I can tell, that aint worth a duck's fart.

I paid $3.75 and it's got every doodad you can ever imagine on it, I believe I'll just stick with it.

minute thirty.

Pete-KT 11-11-2008 01:47 PM

Jarmusch 11-11-2008 10:50 PM

That's kinda sad really

sub.eric 11-11-2008 11:02 PM

I know binary but that one went right over my head. :1orglaugh

When I was about 17 I made a Z80 computer which used those tiny little DIP switch arrays to load in the code, so I had to learn binary (or more simply, the position of a set of 4 switches to represent a hexadecimal number). I can still remember them 15+ years later, but I still get confused between B (1011) and D (1101) sometimes

Now, shouldn't the title have been something like...

"There's 10 kinds of people in the world: those that can read this watch, and those that can't"

:Graucho

it wasn't that long ago that most computer users knew the basics of binary numbers

I miss the good old days... before I had a TRS-80, I was taking computers in high school. I had to learn binary, hex, and even OCTAL. And for some reason one of our teachers taught us how to use punch cards, even though we had no punchcard makers or readers.... I'm so old.

That is outta my league

collegeboobies 11-12-2008 12:45 AM

binary is funny

TheSenator 11-12-2008 04:53 AM

Coming from a Computer Science background in college I used binary everyday. I still name my folders 000000001, 00000010, 00000011, 00000100. .....

That watch would be easy for me to read but I would like a more subtle version of it.

DutchTeenCash 11-12-2008 06:00 AM

they make all kinda weird watches
