Looks like a mall operator is about to BK (locations here http://www.ggp.com/Properties/MallDirectory.aspx) and sell some properties to raise capital...

I went today to get some holiday shopping done today and looks like foot traffic is down 50-75% from same time last year...went to dinner at a commercial chain and there were 2 servers in the entire place (maybe 40+ tables) and one other couple eating at 6PM

At least service was good
