Usually it just works like this:

http://track.famousfantasy.com/track...2.php#aguilera

so you add the page you want to link to after your linkcode and then the #name of the celeb (page2.php#aguilera)

There are some sponsors that have separate pages for certain celebs and I think there are also sponsors where you can choose to show a certain celeb first in the tour by adding their name to the linkcode.
