3 Serious Questions for adult media producers and members site owners. (PIC)
 

I'm building a solo site for a girl I've met, and I have a few simple questions that i'm sure you guys can answer.

Does anyone know a lawyer around the Ohio area who deals specificly in adult?

the USC 2257 form- Do I need 1 per model per shoot, or just one per model period?
And
Who in your opinion is the best adult payment processor for an upstart site? ccbill/etc?

1- There aren't that many adult industry attorneys, and only a handful to be highly recommended. You may want to consider JD Odenberger of http://xxxlaw.net/, I believe he's in the Chicago, IL area.

2- I would get one form per model per shoot. The forms always have a date on them and are specific to the shoot.

3- You may want to try CCBill, since a lot of other solo girl sites also use them.

Of course, there's a million other issues, like whether the girl is hot enough and has enough personality and also how you plan to generate traffic and your tour and lots of other things, so good luck with your project.

Far as traffic goes, I have a few tgp's to get her started out on and i'll move forward from there. Personality-wise, shes great. We've done a few shoots and a few vids, and you can really tell she loves doing this. I think she can do well as long as I do well for her.

Honestly, thats all the answers you need. Jim hit it right on the head.

Be careful with what you are doing, and if you want a bit of Side advice... If you will own the site and she is only getting paid per shoot, or a % then SHOOT like a MOTHER FUCKER, Because it wont be long before she flakes out and splits.
