I have the same problem.

I need software, and servers. These girls will work through our company, and we collect the money, and pay them. We set up the rooms, cams, computers, etc.

However, most of the cam companies I have come across will help you. But they backdoor you. So the models are basically on their network for them. But they do provide you a door way for your upsells. I asked a couple of they could remove all their upsell shit on the doorway, and they can't, or won't.

Some of the cam companies only work with models, and no middle man, as in our case. Which, again, will not work for us.

So we are going through getting a merchant account overseas, and looking for soft, and hardware, to set it up the way we need. We would rather keep it inhouse, and not have to worry about someone cherry pickin our models.

Any provider familiar with running a studio and caring about their quality control will think twice, as you have to assure they'll:

- not broadcast for bunch of other webcam providers
- keeping focus on the members / behaving proffesional to actually get returning members and reduce chargebacks
- no chit chatting or visits by the broadcast
- starting on time

etc.
