Shitty picture. I might have some more but not yet.

Anyways I was up north in Michigan hunting. I don't read much about hunting around here but I'll share anyways... A lot of gun talk though :)

My uncle shot this dear but he didn't knock it down. It ran about 10 feet in front of me scaring the shit out of me and dropped about 30 feet past where I was sitting. I walked up on it and it was still alive. I yelled for him to come down and shoot the fucking thing since he shot it the first time and it was just sitting there in a little hole.

My cousin see's it and waits for my uncle to come but doesn't put the fucker down. Once my uncle walks up by it the dam thing takes off. We follow the blood trail for hours shaking it up every so often. We finally fine the buck dead. Fun stuff.

Some of these guys end up eating the liver fried with onions later on with diner. Nasty but whatever. Good times.

did you get a shot of you actually killing it ?

We had a lot of hunters in the area this last weekend as it was opening weekend for rifle hunters.

If you read my post you would of read that I did not kill it, or didn't do it. Something like that :)

Ya this was opening morning. We weren't out there for an hour before I heard the guns going off.

Oh thats gonna be some tough meat.

PS: Alot of guys do not down the deer on the spot, most dear tend to run a bit before collapsing. But it does not make for good tender meat.

Got one myself opening day. Fucking DNR are running all over the place giving out fines this year. Kill all the deer they just eat the damn crops and jump in front of cars!

I don't hunt but I did shoot competitive trap and pistols as a kid.

But for the love of God, if you do hunt, learn how to shoot and drop an animal clean, please. :)
