Some background on Mr. Cool Ice:

"Mr. Cool Ice (Thomas Steinberger) is a 33 year old man from Mainz Germany who obtained minor celebrity status on the Internet for his garish and widely criticized self promoting tattoos. The infamous tattoos have made rounds in blogs, social bookmark sites and viral emails. He is listed among many tattoo enthusiast sites as an example some of the worst tattoo work ever.

Mr. Cool Ice made an appearance on Die Oliver Geissen Show where he exhibited his tattoos and had a film crew document his lifestyle. On the show he reveals that he spent 4000 Euros on his tattoos and that he has a fetish for skulls. He also states that he chose the name Mr. Cool Ice "Because Mr. Cool always seemed ... rather cool to me, and ice because I really love Vanilla Ice, so I added the word ice."
