Think of the big Colonial Powers: France, England and Spain.

Now consider where in the world those languages are still spoken as the primary language.

Spain having retained cultural influence over all of Central and South America, except of course for Brazil.

English is spoken throughout North America and is actually considered the international language of business. If you're serious about making money, you speak English.

It is a legitimate question. I have always felt it was a combination of their insufferable arrogance combined with their almost incomprehensible stupidity that is unfortunately a common result of so much inbreeding. Obviously the fact that they usually combine the aforementioned traits with their natural tendencies towards sloth and degeneracy makes it easy to understand why they indeed do "suck so much". :2 cents:

Whenever I see people speaking French in public in Vancouver, I bully them and push them around. I figure I'm doing my part for humanity. Perhaps we can shame them out of a life of failure.

Growing up we had French exchange students living with us and they talked trash about the US constantly. It really pissed me off. They were teenagers and were already taught to hate America and its people. Apparently they grow up learning about why they should hate the US and what they think makes them so much better than us.
I've always just blamed it on an inferiority complex, but I dunno.

Never had an issue with people in France. When I was hitchhiking around the country I met a lot of people and they were always very pleasant and informed. A few even bought me lunch just so they could spend some time visiting with an American.

The only thing I ever found odd was that in Paris,especially around the left bank guys would piss in the street at night while walking between clubs.

They don't know how to make a decent automobile. That's clearly a negative.

french is the worst language, at least in the western world (my knowledge of all the 3rd world country languages is limited)... very ugly and annoying sounding language. Plus it seems like the people in france refuse to learn english.

I have to say Paris is the most beautiful city i have seen. Also the only stories I have a really rude people is in Paris so you get the good and the bad with them. They have very poor manners as a norm and it makes it hard to like them.
