What car Should I get?
Whats a good car for a 25 year old male that drives to University, work etc..
If I lease I willing to pay $200 to $250 month. If I buy I can put $10,000 down and pay a monthly payment up to 250 per-month. Anything good |

I adore mine. My next one will be the John Cooper Works Package Clubman. :) Now I have a Cooper S Convertible.. It may be just out of your range price wise.. but it is badass fun to drive :) |
By the way I saw BMW for lease $4000 start and $250 a month for 3years. I called insurance and they said it will $200 a month for insurance. Does that sound right for insurance?

I'm 21 years old, in school and I live in NJ where insurance is expensive. |
The Honda Fit gets 35 mpg and is really roomy inside. It drives great and handles well in all weather. I love it!
|
I'm thinking about buying a 2007 honda accord ex.. looks good
|
I say you fuck school, drop out, spend your student loans on getting a real pimped fucking ride and focus on getting as much pussy in your pimp ride as possible. :2 cents:
what sounds better to you? school "booooooooo" or pimp ride and pussy |

PT cruiser - Pink - convertible LOL
|
A Volvo or a Mazda. They have some great models, plenty to choose from
|
Pay some more and get your self an AstonM
|
You should get something with a good warranty to cover you while you're in school.
Avoid used shitboxes like the plague. They save on initial cost but end up wasting your time and money on repairs. And for the love of god, do NOT buy a 'new' 2007 or early 2008 that has been sitting on the lot for the last year and a half. New cars sitting on dealer lots for long periods of time end up with brake issues at the very least, and engine seal issues... |
You should get something like this:

Might as well take a loan and purchase the car instead of leasing...

The Cobalt SS has been kicking ass like crazy. 24k, 260hp, 260 torque and awesome handling for that price.
But if you wanna know a REAL secret... Subaru recently did something pretty amazing. After getting a lot of complaints that its 2008 Impreza WRX was too weak and didnt deliver enough, they have upped the numbers on the 2009 model and its hauling ass like a mofo! 0-60 in 4.7seconds with launch control and its only 25,000. Thats 10,000 cheaper then their sport/race version of the WRX which is the WRX STI, but performs pretty much the same if not better. 25k is an amazing deal for a car like this :) |
Wrx
Go with a WRX, the new model is amazing + all wheel drive.
And if you come into more money later on you can upgrade the car easily to have better handling, stopping power, and power. Or you can go with the STI; just make sure you get a used 06 or 05. (and one that is stock compression checks out.) Either way you should be able to get it for how much you have with a little financing. |

Honda or Toyota...
cheap to maintain and don't have big consumption... if you want to get pussy buy Mini, BMW, or Porche... |
Hey I'm 21 as well.
Gas savers are ok for a little while, but they aren't any fun and where I live people like to run you off the road so I needed something more agressive. I just sold this 07' toyota yaris ($238 per month): http://www.becktoyota.com/images/Pic...black-3qtr.jpg and picked up this 06' subaru wrx tr ($240 per month), cheaper insurance too believe it or not. Although, more expensive to maintain: http://photos-f.ll.facebook.com/phot...44365_1049.jpg This one has quite a few mods, so the gas mileage is nowhere near as good as the yaris. I drive it like I stole it every day, so a tank of gas doesn't last me very long. |

some fag vehicle for sure
|
I got some big ole breaks on dat hoe too
http://photos-g.ll.facebook.com/phot...44382_9541.jpg Here is LA Mikes evo. If I had notes like him the subaru would be classic wrc all da way. http://esxmotorsports.com/images_products/5838.jpg He had a WRX working his Aston Martin DB7 at the track. So that's is why he bought the Evo. You can read about his thread here: Im building a race car... Selling my S7 and Bought a new Aston Martin DBS Quote:

get a used ISF250 or low end MB
|
just don't buy an 08' or 09' wrx cause they are gay as fuck. I don't blame subaru for pulling out of the 09' WRC. Hope they get rid of that hideous new body style and give the car back to the rally fans. why call it a wrx if they don't come back to rally :-(
|
vw jetta best car for that payment
|
Make sure it's JAP
|
I've been car shopping too, and these days the best brands for both safety and reliability are Acura and Lexus. If you're not poor but still budget conscious, and don't need AWD, I'd suggest an Acura TSX. This winter has convinced me I do need AWD, so I'm now leaning toward an RDX. Really good deals right now whatever you choose. Dealers are getting desperate. Don't agree to anything more than $XXX under invoice.
|
don't buy VW... *PLEASE READ*... the heater seats catch on fire and will burn your ass
