how do you install a program that doesn't have an auto installer? AVID GURUS INSIDE
I finally got AVID in the mail (went thru a crazy shipping fuck up).
I tore open the package, tried to install it. The instructions were simple as fuck, put in the disk and follow the instructions. I put in the disk and I get a menu asking me what to do, and everything is listed EXCEPT for 'install this mother fucker' So basically I can browse the file structure, but there is nothing that looks like an .exe file and there are no 'setup' or 'install' icons or files or anything like that. This is like the 2nd time I've tried to install something and it also didn't have an auto installer. Any suggestions? I just joined the AVID BBS so I'm looking for help there as well. |
if this was a mac, ud just drag it over :) sorry just had to

Well... I'm on a MAC and I use BootCamp to run both Vista and Mac OS. I wonder if this is the MAC version?
How would I know? It looks like a mac file structure to be honest. Every folder has a million other folders in it all with the same names. |
start in windows, insert the cd and see what happens
