Looking for a RELIABLE PHP/MySQL Programmer
 

So after dealing with overseas programmers, and trying 2 different well known CMS solutions that are geared towards the adult industry, I am completely sick of dealing with "programmers" and pre-built CMS's that work like shit if at all. I am now months and months behind schedule due to slackers and none functioning CMS "solutions".

I am looking for a SOLID and RELIABLE and EXPERIENCED web programmer to build a new CMS to my specifications. It will be an on going project. I worked with my last programmer for 4+ years, but I'm tired of us speaking different languages and trying to design/build a CMS over email.

I need a basic CMS built and will be adding features to it as the sites grow.

Check out my site Inescapable Bondage. I'm looking for a CMS that can manage the members area and the tour pages at the same time. The members area should look just like the tour pages just with added links to view the videos and photos for each update. There are more details to what I need and how I need it to work, but that is the basic concept.

I don't have a huge budget to throw at it, but I'm not looking for the cheapest work out there either. You must have a portfolio and a few references that I can check out.

Skill sets needed:
PHP
MySQL
Ajaxing skills are a major plus.

Please live in the US preferably in the Los Angeles area, speak fluent English, and be accessible by phone when needed.

Yes, I am quit bitter at this point of being jerked around and dealing with idiots. Please only solid people that actually finish what they start and have your scripts actually work correctly. If you have that ability, then we will I will have continual work for you. I'm actually a nice guy, I'm just sick of the BS.

I think it is a prerequisite that in order to be a programmer one must fear timely communication... or actual labor so there is really nothing to communicate about.
