This one's for rent, but I found a very similar one, almost identical, for SALE in the same building tower, and it's 250 K dollars.

This one belongs to some yankee that relocated here in the south and is doing mad cash, buying and renting.

250k for this treasure in one of the most exclusive zones of BA, is more than cheap for those who have the money. And in March 2009, it will be even cheaper.

I mean, how much would the same apartment cost in Miami, Chicago or New York!!! Even considering the subprime crisis.

Don't get me wrong, 250K is A LOT of money, but not for getting this kind of properties. What can you buy in New York for 250 K????
