Case # 070690360 - Public Indecency - The female obtained a license tag!
The suspect, Andrew Huey, was driving a vehicle on Meadowshire Court. He drove up to a female and asked her for directions. The female looked into the window and discovered that he was not wearing pants. Suspect drove away. The female obtained a license tag of XGQ-9372.
Responding officers found the vehicle driven by the suspect. He was observed by officer Keller with his shorts pulled down to his knees. His genitals were exposed. His shoes were off and his underwear was on the floor boards. The suspect admitted that he was, "stupid." He also does not have a drivers license. He was arrested for public indecency and the "No Operators License" charge, and was taken to CDR.
