Have you noticed increased numbed of declined cards (failed signups) during december?

Yeah slightly, nothing huge.

Yes, my declines this past month nearly doubled from the usual. :(

I think there are more stolen cards going around on the holidays.... the first things these little crooks do is go fill up the gas tank, buy some junk food, go home and purchase porn.... only to get declined, because the previous owner of the card has been buying porn all month and is maxed out! ;)

a lot of credit cards are maxed out with christmas gifts, did this not occur to anyone?

lots of people got their credit lines chopped

Same thing everytime of year, no biggie
