Sounds like a nice way for a few principals to make an easy salary... I'm all for investing money into new energy and the environment, but this sounds pretty hokey.

I don't think I've ever heard anyone call Goodwill or the Salvation Army a scam before. What makes them a scam? It's easier to scam was money than it is with hard goods, both of those organizations primarily deal with hard goods.
