you are right, i am wrong - we're adjusting the days in the graphic.

no for the period, affiliates are capped out at $1000 for the promo for the week. so the biggest affiliates will get an extra $1000 for the week, assuming they make 10 sales.

You just dont want to send me those big checks anymore :P

Because I shouldn't have to go back through all of my sponsors looking for my money. I should be promoting you instead... Creating more promos instead of searching through old ones for my extra cash...

In December I missed out on this money because I didn't have time to play secretary.. NATS software should be handling this kind of shit. Not us!

What ever... I made my money on just about every day you didn't have a promo for a particular site on that day...

Example: You have a promo with:

40oz 21st
18yo 22nd
slpcrp 23rd
frkcock 24th

I make sales:
3 - 18yo - 21st
1 - 40oz - 22nd
2 - 18yo - 23rd
1 - sleep - 24th

Sales never pop in on the day you are paying for them for...

think about it from our perspective, we dont profit on those $100 days. we try to make rules to encourage the right behavior from our long-term consistent affiliates. these include keeping up with fyc, our products, people who login daily, etc. these people are attentive, detail-oriented and follow the rules. if we did it your way, we would not be able to run these every week. affiliates should realize we LOSE money on $100 pps days. it isn't a right or an entitlement, its a gift - a gift so hopefully you come back and push us another day.

and with us... there's always next week to make money on a promo.. while you may be upset, a lot of people are very happy. this is how we run them, we will continue to run them this way, we're pretty flexible with long-term consistent affiliates. that's what our aim is, take it for what it is, and remember, we do not profit from those kinds of pay days, so please keep that in mind.

I was looking thru some of your sites. On the first join page I came to I saw two not-hidden pre-checked cross sales. Both of them had in parenthesis under the offer: (MasterCard customers excluded from this special offer). Would I still get paid $100 PPS if my surfer gets that far and pulls out his Mastercard?

Yes, of course. Barring the fact that its not a fraudulent transaction, or you signing up for yourself :)

Not sure why you brought up fraudulent transactions when I asked about Mastercard.

Anyway, to answer what I think was a question, I always join a paysite before I promote it. Wouldn't be right to do it any other way. How can you properly promote something you've never seen? And in the case of sites with high PPS, I join them on a revshare basis because joining under a $100 PPS link would not be the right thing to do and I try to always do what's best for the industry.

Anyway, to summarize, if I send a non-fraudulent surfer with a Mastercard to your site and he joins your site on the one day of the month you're running the $100 PPS special promo, he will not experience any cross-sales and we'll still get $100 PPS? Am I understanding that properly? If so, that's totally cool.

And then, on the other 30 days of the month, he still won't get cross-sold to and we'll get 50% revshare? Right?

We run these days so ppl promote us long-term, not just on the $100 days. If people push certain sites day in and day out, and pay attention, then on those $100 days, they make extra cash.

Let me also add, affiliates who send only on $100 days aren't doing me or any company any favors (you may see rules one day that eliminate this). Even with cross-sells we lose, but, we're willing to do it to make our affiliates happy. If you look at our sites, you'll see they're worth promoting. Check out the new PornProsNetwork.com.

If this same non-fraudulent surfer I send to your join page happens to leave his Mastercard at work but has his Visa card on him that he's going to use instead of a MC, then he will be cross-sold to. Is this correct? And he will be pre-checked cross-sold to, is that correct?

OK, back to my questions... on the join page for www.realexgirlfriends.com, it has two pre-checked cross-sales which you guys call "special offer". I could be wrong but in my eyes, you're asking the non-fraudulent surfer to opt out of your special offer rather than asking the non-fraudulent surfer to opt in to your offer. to me, opt out and opt in relates to an offer and whether they choose to accept it or reject it, has nothing to do with the click process (i.e. the choosing of clicking something is opt in, etc). clicking something is clicking something. if someone clicks my pre-checked box, does that make it opt in, by my definition it would make it opt out. opt out is they choose not to go forward it it, opt in is they choose to accept it. without proper disclosure, there is no way to optin/optout, therefore it becomes a blind transaction and is fraud. its all about disclosure. everyones opinions on this are going to be different, if you're are different - great, i respectfully disagree. your processing company also disagrees, as they've done pre-checked cross sells.

this thread is for my promo contest. i doubt your questions real vs you trying to make me look bad in my own thread which is what i suspect since you've jumped from an "inspired" question about us not paying out on MC sales (totally untrue) to your opinion that pre-checked anything as a whole is fraud. i can ask you many negative-slanted questions about your program as well, its very easy to point out flaws in this business, or express your opinion as negatives on others.

I've answered all of your questions truthfully, as every affiliate question in this thread. i hope people understand I am honest, forthcoming, and truthful. we cannot make everyone happy 100% of the time, but we try our best, and at end of day - we know you promote us only if you make good money with us. that's the one thing we never forget about.

I have no doubts about being able to sell your sites. I do quite well with them. My only issue was that I seem to keep getting the shaft when it comes to promos...

Listen man, you do actually sound like a nice guy. Well-written and you're able to convey a point fairly well. I think it was pretty obvious I was blowing you shit. But, you're right, money talks. Regardless of whether that money is short-term and prohibits people from joining sites after they join yours.

I guess my question now would be, if you're program is so awesome, as V_Rocks states, then why do you resort to pre-checked cross-sells to make money when there are hundreds of remarkably successful programs that don't? I'll stop hijacking your thread now.
