That looks like one of the toons that guy Dominic from studionitro.com did, although I see his site is down and I haven't see him on this board in a long time. He did fucking phenomenal toons, and I'd love to know what happened to him...

Twisted Illustration did some GREAT stuff for us. Very well done and in the same vein as the graphic you linked.

I have seen some that www.zuzanadesigns.com has done, looks pretty good.
