How do I download a flash file?
 

There is a news clip that I want to save and download, in flash format on the news Channel's website. How do I do this? I can't seem to figure it out.

firefox has a plugin callled video downloader

http://www.downloadhelper.net/ will get the .flv 95% of the time.
