I've seen lots of sponsors over the years have their own TGP's/MGP's which their affiliates could trade with and on some they could even get credit for any sales made. I am yet to see one that ended up being remotely successful and being around for a long period of time while also maintaining a decent traffic level.

Well, not for growing sites myself. My physician and I agreed that it wouldn't be nice to my health to expose it to another burnout, thank you. :)

I am, however, taking orders for coaching and project management related to growing sites.

what do you think is the best idea for programs to do tgp or mgp

TGP would get my vote, it has for long outperformed MGP in terms of ROI. A tube site would be an option too, but not until there are a few "standard" scripts around.
