thanks bill, having been a customer with you for over 5 years i know the level of service you provide is top notch.

still cannot access mynatnet or my sites, but other sites i can get to, some like gfy are intermittent at the moment, or i would have replied sooner.

must be a connection issue somewhere.

We are aware of some routing issues that RoadRunner is having on the west coast, so if you're on RoadRunner, then you could be affected by them. We peer directly with RoadRunner (as well as Time Warner) but even a direct peering route cannot overcome these types of routing issues. Apparently RR is working on these issues.

RoadRunner seems to have more issues than Life magazine :-) They are over-subscribed in many areas and the way they do their routing is very strange. One of the main reasons we set up the direct peer with them was to help alleviate some of the performance issues that our customers on RR were seeing and the direct peer has helped that quite a bit. Unfortunately, as I said, because of the current

I'm sure they will resolve this shortly and our Director of Engineering is in communication with them so we'll know as soon as it's fixed.

I think they actually answer a support ticket faster than they pick up the phone. And with that I am not saying they are slow answering the phones:-)
