almost every mobile provider you try to look phone deal into is asking for a zip code.. WHAT THE FUCK? I just want tp browse phones or plan deals. Shut the fuck up.

They need to make sure they can offer service in your area. Not all areas are covered.

Try a few different ones and see if the pricing differs.
