where to form LLC

I am starting a company to produce solo and hard core girl/girl content for membership based websites, I was wondering if anyone had advice on what state is better to start in, I am split between arizona and california, I know the laws are different in each state so I want to proceed in the state thats more beneficial to the industry.

Please any advice is much appreciated..:321GFY
