Looking for a trade manager

As you saw from my welcome post we are a small but quickly growing blog network with about 150k uniques a month and almost 0 trading.

We currently have 3 staff members, two of which working full time growing the network and are looking for a person to work part time as a traffic trade manager.

Required duties:
Install/configure tradepulse
Setup Toplist
signup/manage new and existing trades

Pay can either be as a % of revenue, profit, or salary per month with an obvious preference on the first two (allows for more reinvestment.)
