boat recommendations

Wanted to get some opinions from the boat owners in this forum. We are looking into getting a boat and I wanted to get some recommendations. I want something that will hold at least 8 people. I don't need anything high performance. Just something that we can cruise around the lake on, low maintenance, do a little fishing, pull a tube behind it, and possible spend the night.

under 30-40k, thanks in advance for your opinions
