Is there a way to limit queued downloads?
 

I?m running into an issue where people are selecting a lot of videos to download at one time. Is there any way to stop this? Maybe a setting in the system that will accept the download request and then pass it on only if there isn?t another request in queue (from the same user), otherwise it returns a refused/cancel ? Maybe they could download two at a time but a third will just error.
