I have licensed the content for my tube site and I am giving away the full scenes for free.
And yes, I make money... but I will not tell you how. It has nothing to do with adult, and the tube is just a resource pool for me, like it could be a gaming site or something else. Perhaps will explain some day, but for now I want no competition in this.

In my case it's a deep pockets project, so money is not a problem for now and seems it will not be a problem for that project anyways.

Your main problem will be to find ways to monetize all that traffic and bandwidth before the server bills kill your business.
The next problem you will find is that sponsors will refuse to give you scenes longer than 5 minutes, and whatever scene they give you is usually encoded with crap encoding settings and surfers don't like it even if you pay them to look at that video.

You have to think pretty much out of the box about monetization as everyone is jumping on the tubes bandwagon. Dating and cams will make you money... for now... until someone finds a way to monetize free dating sites and free cam sites.
There are a couple of free cam sites and plentyoffish for the dating that are 100% free, so go figure how much will this last sustained only on cams and dating.

Or pay 2.00 per email to webmasters and charge the surfers almost 200.00 bucks in cross sales.
