OMG .. it is sooooo beautiful here. 5-10" of snow coming tonight.

A friend of mine's Dad built 10 homes there in the 80's. He kept 1 for him self, right downtown... It's now worth $12MM. He rents it 2 months a year to a big corp that sends groups out for executive training... He gets $100k per month and the house was paid for back in the 80's. Though he's now selling it and moving to Steamboat.
