2257 statement

Hello All,
What is the answer as to if I need to have a 2257 statement on my tgp sites as I do not produce any of the content? What is the correct approch to the situation?

It wouldn't hurt to have it.
Put up a 2257 page which states that you do not produce any of the content, just in case.

i usually just list sponsor's 2257 urls inside my own 2257 for the specific website
