Looking for a company that will setup nats 4 for us on new project.
Code tours, setup members area DB or trial / full access, add billers etc.

That's your mistake right there. I don't earn money on GFY I earn money through being in the business for 12years and running our own program since 97.
Our programmers are busy on other projects so I contract out the nats work to experts that have more experience and time than our in house guys.
