That initial fall looks scarier than the actual loop part.... looks slanted, not a true vertical loop but it would still be quite the crazy ride!

That fall is nothing. They had this waterslide at the Jersey shore called the Cliffdiver, and it was basically a 10 story drop at a slight angle, practically straight down.
